She delivers workshops to various groups across North America on a diverse range of health topics. As a contributor to a variety of international publications, Hannah spreads the message of wellness to those who want to prioritize health in their busy lives.

 Based out of Ottawa, Jamille Vieira works one on one with patients providing nutritional coaching to help patients achieve their health goals. She also provides dietary, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations catering to each individual's health concerns.  She is also a certified personal trainer and received her nutritional training from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
