IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) is a gastrointestinal disorder with symptoms that include bloating, abdominal pain, constipation and/or diarrhea.   It’s the most common gastrointestinal condition globally and affects up to 20% of the Canadian population at any given time. Since each person’s symptoms and triggers are different, there are no tests to verify or rule out the condition, leaving those affected without answers or solutions.

However, IBS is not a condition you need to suffer through.  There are options to improve digestion, improve quality of life and to better understand your unique digestive traits.  This talk will provide an in-depth look into human digestion and breakdown the symptoms, causes and potential solutions for IBS-Constipation and IBS-Diarrhea.

Please Note:  Classroom is accessible by stairs.
