Tired of the same old meals? Looking for new meal ideas that are quick, easy, fun, nutritious and transportable?  Let your imagination soar! There are no limits to what can be wrapped or rolled! Many wraps can be made the night before, stored in the fridge for a quick grab on your way out the door!  

All wrap recipes in the class are gluten free and dairy free. And If you are looking for low carb options, Natasha will demonstrate and sample some amazing wraps made with leafy greens in place of traditional wraps.  Bring your appetite! Participants will have the opportunity take home recipes and sample each of the following:

-Garlic Chicken Shawarma wrap

-Crunchy Rainbow Vegetable Wrap

-B.L.A.T (Bacon, lettuce, avocado, tomato)

-Taco Bean Lettuce Wrap

Natasha Villeneuve, Holistic Nutritionist is the Lead and Educator of the Natural Food Pantry Education Initiative.  Natasha is dedicated to educating, guiding and empowering people toward optimal health and well-being. With over sixteen years in the health and wellness industry, Natasha has gained a positive reputation within the community as a nutritional consultant, speaker and workshop facilitator and has provided nutrition and health presentations for various businesses, corporations and events.  As a graduate from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, Natasha has the passion, knowledge and experience to guide and teach people how to overcome their health challenges and fulfill their health goals. Natasha's main focus and interest are in the areas of digestion, detoxification, mental health, and children’s health.
