Natalie is a certified group fitness instructor, personal trainer, pole fitness instructor, and yoga teacher. In 2003 she attended the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and obtained a diploma in Natural Nutrition, as well as the "Registered Holistic Nutritionist" designation. The program was so life altering that she decided to buy the school. For eleven years she has been the Branch Manager, and Owner, of the Ottawa Branch of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Natalie also spends a lot of her time traveling around the world teaching yoga and fitness classes and creating menus for 5-star resorts. She specializes in motivational workshops on health and wellness, and has presented to numerous organizations, corporations, and schools.
