From chia seeds to leafy greens and cocoa, there are ways to slip these superfoods into your kid’s snacks and lunches.  Join us to learn the health benefits of some of nature’s most nutritious ingredients.  Then watch and sample as they are incorporated into some yummy school-safe snacks.

Natasha Villeneuve, Holistic Nutritionist is the lead and educator for our new Education Initiative.  Natasha is dedicated to educating, guiding and empowering people toward optimal health and well-being. With over sixteen years in the health and wellness industry, Natasha has gained a positive reputation within the community as a nutritional consultant, speaker and workshop facilitator. As an honours graduate from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, Natasha has the passion, knowledge and experience to help families and individuals overcome their health challenges and fulfill their health goals. As a mother of three, she understands firsthand the challenges parents face related to the health and dietary needs of their children and strives to find natural solutions for everyone.

Eight year old Livia will be joining her mom as Junior Assistant for this fun, tasty and educational March break experience.
