In this workshop learn how to:
-Release tension from your mind and body using nothing but breath and awareness
-Shift anxious thoughts into words of support and courage
-Do a calming meditation practice you can do in 5 minutes using a special tool called an Intention Bracelet and essential oils
We will serve lights snacks form the NFP Cafe.
Lori Chamberland has been practicing and teaching a variety of relaxation techniques since 1985. She is the founder of Balance Relaxation Therapy and creator of Take the Journey, a yoga-based course that helps you de-stress and re-energize.
