Suzanne Schaller is an Ottawa-based holistic nutritionist, Certified Nutritional Practitioner, and graduate of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in 2021.  She completed the Culinary Nutrition Expert Program online in 2022 from the Academy of Culinary Nutrition.  Her specialty is helping people with food sensitivities or dietary restrictions due to allergies, digestion issues or autoimmune conditions navigate changes in their diet with ease, focusing on nutrient-dense whole foods and cooking at home.  After a fifteen year career in the federal government, Suzanne made the decision to follow her passion for nutrition, whole food cooking, and sharing what she knows with a like-minded community.
