Yoga Nidra ("yogic sleep"), is a state of being between sleep and consciousness.  Yoga Nidra is known to assist with stress, anxiety, tension and post traumatic stress disorder, in addition to promoting overall relaxation and mindfulness. It is accessible to all levels.  No prior experience is needed, and everyBODY can participate.

Before this experience, herbal tea and delicious, wholesome snacks from our NFP bakery will be served as you learn about this healing practice.

*Important, Please note:  The classroom is a SCENT-FREE environment. Please wear comfortable, non restrictive clothing, bring a yoga mat and a 1-2 blankets for the meditation.

Eileen began studying & practicing yoga, at the age of 20 while working full-time as an oncology nurse. Since receiving her Yoga Teacher's Certification in 1991, Eileen has been teaching group & one-on-one yoga classes, and wellness and yoga-related "playshops".  She is also certified in Restorative Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Jon Kabat-Zinn's Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Training for Health Professionals. Eileen also offers Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki, and Urban Pole Walking as part of her practice. She is passionate about empowering her clients to find greater health & deeper peace in all levels of their being!
