Lindsay is an Ottawa based Holistic Nutritionist, Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor with a passion for health and fitness. She is currently studying to become an Osteopathic Practitioner at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton in addition to running her own private nutrition practice. Lindsay works with clients to craft their unique plan that is tailored to their specific health goals using a natural, whole food and supplement approach.
