Are you bored of the same old breakfast?

Do you find yourself wanting an afternoon snack that will support energy production AND taste great?

Breakfast and snacks are often the greatest challenge to those following a gluten & dairy free lifestyle.  However with a touch of creativity and some incredibly nurturing and delicious ingredients, the possibilities are endless!

During this cooking demo, Holistic Nutritionist Natasha will focus on creating some wonderfully tasty breakfast and snack options.  You will have an opportunity to taste healthier versions of traditional morning delights as well as some more inventive recipes that will get you thinking outside the breakfast box. You will learn how to incorporate ingredients like grain-free flours, cheese substitutes, nourishing veggies and healthy oils into your everyday eating regime.
