Have you noticed that sometimes you eat until you feel full, and yet…there is still a hunger lingering?

Often we use food as a distraction to keep us from addressing the things we don’t want to look at.  The manifestation of our hunger unfolds in many ways. We eat, we drink, we exercise, we work. This conversation is going to focus on where the hunger originates, explore the call from deep within to engage our life differently, to make a different choice, and to feed ourselves beyond the food we put in our mouth.

Join us to:

- Be introduced to a new way of considering what you are truly hungry for

- Discover how our bodies process more than just food

- Learn how to relax into the feelings/sensations that move within

- Practice a new way of engaging the information that presents from the hunger within
