As any Chef can attest it is ALL about the Holidays and sharing a meal at the table together. Why not this Easter update your recipes to make them healthier, gluten free and vegan? Don’t worry, for the meat eaters out there you can simply add some on your own. This class is about making the side dishes come alive!
On the menu, Chef Tanya will demonstrate and sample for the class:
-Asparagus with Vegan Hollandaise
-Greek Style Salad with Citrus
-Scalloped Sweet Potatoes
-Lastly no Easter would be complete without some Chocolate Truffles!
All recipes are vegan and gluten free and can be adapted to a wide range of dietary restrictions.

Throughout her years behind the stove, Tanya has dedicated much of her time to forming relationships with farmers and educating people on the importance of supporting our local food growers and makers. As an educator, Tanya has been teaching cooking classes for over 17 years at various locations including Soupçon, Algonquin College and the Urban Element and hopes to continue inspiring people to cook and eat healthy.
