Puttanesca buttery pasta

1 package of pasta of choice

1 cup cherry tomatoes

1 cup pitted Kalamata olives

2 large cloves garlic minced

1 bunch of parsley chopped

1/4 cup fresh oregano chopped or 1 tsp dried

4 tbsp butter or non-dairy butter

1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes

  1. Cook the pasta
  2. In the meantime, melt 4 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over low heat.
  3. Add the garlic and let it brown for a few minutes
  4. Add the tomatoes, chili and olives and let the tomatoes ” soften ” for a few minutes while stirring
  5. Add the parsley and oregano and cook for a few minutes
  6. Add a little salt and pepper if needed. It’s ready!
