Ingredients for 1 serving:

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (raw, unfiltered)

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

A few ½ inch thin slices of fresh ginger or ½ tsp ginger powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder or ½ inch piece fresh, peeled and sliced

pinch of cayenne or black pepper (optional, for turmeric absorption and to add a kick)
Instructions:

In a mug, mix the hot water and apple cider vinegar.

Stir in the honey or maple syrup, until dissolved.

Add the ginger turmeric, cinnamon, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well and wait 5 minutes before drinking.
Make a 5-6 day supply by following these instructions:

Place the following ingredients in a blender: 1 cup of water, 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar, 1 large lemon peeled (try to keep some of the pitch - white part under the peel), 5 tsp honey, 1.5 inch piece each of ginger and turmeric, 2 tbsp cinnamon powder, ½ tsp ground pepper or a dash of cayenne (optional)
