Since 1978 the Kaplan family has owned and operated Rainbow Foods with the support of the amazing Rainbow Foods team.

The Kaplan family has chosen to step away and it is with great pleasure that we announce that we have purchased Rainbow Foods.

Natural Food Pantry, led by Rick Payant and his team, has been a part of our community for over 39 years and will now have 5 great Ottawa locations to serve you.

We intend to make this a seamless transition. Rick, along with the current team of Rainbow Foods employees, are committed to providing the same superior level of customer service in our Britannia neighbourhood.

Rainbow Foods' customers will also enjoy the added benefits of a more robust online store at NaturalFoodPantry.ca

In the coming weeks there will be small changes taking place as we prepare for a complete change over in the new year when our location at 1487 Richmond Road proudly transitions into the fifth Natural Food Pantry location.

We have options for Local Ottawa Fresh Delivery, Curbside Pickup and Courier Delivery.

If you've previously placed an order through the Rainbow Foods online store, it will be fulfilled.  

Rainbow Foods Gift Cards & Healthy Reward Points

Your Healthy Rewards Points and Rainbow Foods gift cards will remain unaffected and you can continue to use them at Rainbow Foods as you always have.

Rest assured, the value of your points and the value of your gift cards will be transitioned over to the Natural Food Pantry platform once the change occurs.
