WE HAVE ADDED THE COLLECTION OF PRODUCTS BELOW  FOR CUSTOMERS WHO LIVE IN OTTAWA ONLY.

***Please be fully prepared to place your complete order all at once.  With the influx of orders we have had we cannot accept add-ons to orders***

We offer curbside pickup at any of our 6 Ottawa locations where the staff at Natural Food Pantry will select and pack your groceries for you.  We also offer grocery home delivery twice a week for Ottawa residents. Please select one of these options at checkout and shop the collection of products below as well as anything else from our website.

You will be able to select which location you want to pick up your order at in the shipping section of the checkout process.

Some Important Info for Local Fresh Delivery:

Orders placed by Sunday at midnight, will be delivered on Wednesday (same week) 
Orders placed by Tuesday at midnight will be delivered on Friday (same week)  
Please note * We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, therefore we suggest you are home to receive your fresh or frozen items between 9 am and 4 pm but the delivery company we use provides live tracking via email.
Dry good orders will be left at the front door

Note: In some instances our stock is depleting quickly so we can’t guarantee that we will have stock of everything on your order.  We will, of course, refund anything we do not have available. Once orders are shipped we cannot accept returns as recommended by Public Health.
