4 cups mixed greens, arugula, dandelion, baby kale or other bitter greens
2 cups of assorted chopped or sliced liver loving veggies of choice: radish, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, fennel, red onion
1 cup grated raw beets or carrots
Toppings: Organic olives, artichoke hearts, nuts, seeds, fresh herbs or sprouts
Dressing of choice from recipes
Wash, prep and cut veggies. Toss ingredients together in a bowl. Add toppings and dressing before serving.
