(1 box of 12 units/ 500gr beets)
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 50 ml honey
- 3 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 30 ml Dijon
- 2 cups small diced red onion
- 1 bunch dill diced very finely
- Salt to taste/ pepper to taste
Start with Dijon and citrus blended together then pour oil slowly... add salt and pepper to taste. Then add honey, pour 2 cups of diced red onions and small amount of finely diced dill to add fresh flavor.
Sample with a small individual cup and tooth picks or small forks.
