When we are young, collagen and elastin are in great supply, providing us with wrinkle-free and supple skin, along with thicker hair and stronger nails. But starting at age 21 our collagen decreases. A big consideration for healthy hair and preventing hair loss is a unique nutrient complex called choline-stabilized orthosilicic acid (ch-OSA®) found in BioSil™.
