Holly McSkimming is an idealist who believes that our bodies were not designed to be sick, but to be healthy. She is currently earning her certification as a Nutritional Practitioner through the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Ottawa. After working through her own health challenges and seeing people around her suffer as well, she is on a mission to educate people on how to live their healthiest lives.
