Tis’ the season to reconnect with the ones we love. However, overindulgences can tax our digestive systems and even stress us out, affecting our mental health. This presentation will focus on how to enjoy the holidays while including healthier yet tasty options. These recipes and tips will help inspire you to explore new ingredients, build lifelong habits and incorporate whole foods into your regular classic holiday favourites. We will explore tips on how to manage stressful holiday events with nutrition and self care practices. We’ll be making grain free sugar cookies, adding a luscious twist to Gingerbread and exploring a savoury, creamy butternut squash faux mac and cheese pasta dish. There will be samples so come in need of snacking!

Jenni Beharry is a team member of Caven Nutrition Group working as a Nutrition & Weight Loss Counselor. Jenni focuses on one on one counselling making lifestyle changes, adding in new foods, and she hopes to inspire people to take control of their health at any age.
