Join Chef and Holistic Nutritionist Tanya as she introduces you to grain free eating. In this 2-hour workshop Tanya will explain how eating grain free may help improve mood, digestive issues and help lower some symptoms of some autoimmune diseases. Sip on some golden milk while she demonstrates how to amazing grain free recipes.
On the menu she will demonstrate the following for the class to sample:
Beet and sweet pea risotto with Chevre
Sweet Potato Zoodle Coconut Curry Stir Fry
Pecan Butter Cookies
Throughout her years behind the stove, Tanya has dedicated much of her time to forming relationships with farmers and educating people on the importance of supporting our local food growers and makers. As an educator, Tanya has been teaching cooking classes for over 17 years at various locations including Soupçon, Algonquin College and the Urban Element and hopes to continue inspiring people to cook and eat healthy.
