Breakfast "Energy Boost" Parfait

Yields 2 servings

A great way to get a "boost" of energy in the morning featuring Ester-C!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 stick packet Ester-C Energy Boost (orange or berry)
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup fresh fruit (berries, banana, peach slices)
  • 1 Tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut (optional)

Directions:

In a small bowl, add Ester-C Energy Boost to yogurt and mix well. Line up two tall wide-mouth glasses (or bowls). Spoon 2 tablespoons of yogurt mixture into each glass and smooth layer. Evenly spoon 2 tablespoons of granola into each glass on top of the yogurt layer. Add 2 tbsp of fresh fruit to each glass on top of granola layer. Repeat the layers and sprinkle the shredded coconut on top before serving. Enjoy!
